3. Payments & Refunds
Course fees are displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds, where offered, are governed by the course policy displayed in the catalog. We may suspend access for unpaid or disputed charges.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, exercises, and templates, is owned by MatrixPath Nexus or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal or organizational learning. Do not copy, share, or resell content without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the services, disrupt others, or attempt to access areas or data without authorization. Be respectful in discussions. We may remove content that violates these rules.
6. Disclaimers

7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
